We come to your home and look at it from a buyer’s point of view. We walk with you through every room and advise on how to make it look its best.
We also suggest cost-effective updates ( Painting, Light fixture replacement, etc.) if necessary
Vacant Home Staging
For staging a vacant home, we provide the furniture needed to define the major rooms as well as decor, and accessories.
Our goal is to place enough home furnishings that will give the space a warm, open and comfortable feel that gives buyers a frame of reference and fuels their imagination. Price determined upon consultation.
Occupied Home Staging
If you will be living in your home while it is on the market, this service is designed to add the WOW factor to the house, while still keeping it comfortable for you to live in. Furniture and accessories will be placed in such a way as to highlight the positive features, while distracting from the not so great aspects.
We will use what you already have and supplement with items from our inventory to create an impression that wows your potential home buyers. Price determined upon consultation.
